Publications and Scientific Communications Lead

ICON Strategic Solutions seeks a Scientific Manager to lead publications and scientific communications for clinical research projects. The role involves overseeing scientific operations, managing cross-functional teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining stakeholder relationships in a sponsor-dedicated model.
Responsibilities
- Oversee scientific operations workstreams to ensure deliverables meet quality and timeline standards
- Manage scientific and operational aspects of clinical research projects with protocol adherence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop research strategies and address scientific challenges
- Provide guidance on scientific methodologies, data analysis, and regulatory compliance throughout project lifecycle
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships with research partners and regulatory agencies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant scientific or healthcare-related discipline
- Proven experience managing scientific aspects of clinical research with project management focus
- Strong leadership and organizational skills for cross-functional team management
- Expertise in scientific methodologies, study design, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder influence capabilities
- Proficiency with analytical tools and data analysis
