As consumer demand for premium hydration continues to grow, we're looking for a sales leader who can help expand our presence and accelerate growth throughout Houston and surrounding areas of Texas.

What You'll Do. As the lead salesperson for the Houston territory, you will:

• Drive sales and distribution growth across key accounts and independent retailers
• Execute winning go-to-market strategies within the Key Accounts in territory, Direct Store Delivery (DSD) network
• Build and strengthen relationships with distributors, retailers, and key account partners.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities
• Partner with distributor teams to ensure merchandising, placement, and sales objectives are achieved
• Champion the evamor brand and bring our marketing programs to life at retail
• Manage customer relationships and deliver exceptional service and support
• Establish territory sales budgets and help drive profitable growth
• Utilize sales technology and reporting tools to track performance and opportunities

What Makes You a Great Fit? We're looking for someone who brings:

• 8+ years of successful sales experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), preferably food or beverage
• Experience working with Key Accounts and Direct Store Delivery (DSD) distributors
• A proven record of exceeding sales, distribution, and profitability goals
• Strong key account management and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
• Financial and business acumen
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and MS Office proficiency
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
• Willingness to travel overnight as needed
