About the Opportunity We are working with a highly respected, growing top ranked law firm seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support the litigation practice group in Greenville. Note: This role is focused on complex, defense‑side litigation. Candidates with primarily plaintiff‑side experience (personal injury or workers’ compensation) will not be a fit for this position. Why This Role Stands Out True litigation paralegal role with hands‑on exposure to drafting, discovery, and trial preparation Strong support structure with legal assistants handling administrative work Stable team environment with strong tenure across the firm Growing firm with continued expansion Excellent culture and long‑term career stability Key Responsibilities Draft and assist with motions, pleadings, and litigation documents Support attorneys throughout the full litigation lifecycle Organize exhibits, evidence, and case materials for trial preparation Maintain case files, discovery indexes, and document organization Assist with e‑filing in state and federal courts (as needed) Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and third parties Manage deadlines, calendars, and case logistics Qualifications 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience Experience in general litigation or commercial litigation environments preferred (construction litigation or mass tort experience is a plus) Experience supporting litigation matters from start to finish Exposure to drafting legal documents (motions, pleadings, etc.) Experience with trial preparation and organizing exhibits E‑filing experience preferred (state and/or federal courts) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Stable work history (no frequent job changes) About the Firm This is a well‑established national law firm known for its collaborative culture, strong leadership, and high employee retention.
