6S Specialist

Located in the heart of Central Ohio, Illuminate USA is transforming solar panel manufacturing from our cutting‑edge facility in Pataskala. We are a new standalone joint venture founded by two global leaders in renewable energy, and our 1.1‑million‑square‑foot factory is rapidly growing to over 1,500 associates. We’re looking for an Administrative Coordinator to support our production and HR functions. Responsibilities Implement and manage a comprehensive system for tracking production employee attendance; generate reports and analyze attendance data to identify trends and address issues. Act as liaison between production employees and the HR and Admin departments; facilitate communication and assist in the resolution of employee‑related matters. Organize and coordinate 6S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety) activities in the workshop; collaborate with teams to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient working environment. Develop and implement mechanisms to collect employee feedback; compile and analyze feedback data to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions. Perform routine clerical tasks, including filing, data entry, document management, scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and handling general administrative duties. Qualifications Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment. Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Familiarity with HR processes and employee relations. Knowledge of 6S principles and experience coordinating related activities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
