Duties The Nurse Manager is responsible for assessing, planning, coordinating, and evaluating the clinical and operational functions of a nursing unit. This ensures the delivery of quality, cost-effective healthcare by an educated and competent team. The role promotes a safe environment and ensures all job responsibilities are performed in compliance with professional and clinical standards appropriate to patient age, developmental stages, and special needs. Skills Demonstrates and supports a Professional Practice model that fosters collaboration with interdisciplinary partners to achieve high-quality patient outcomes. Ensures staff operations comply with the Nursing Practice Act, regulatory standards, and organizational policies.
