If you have a passion for helping people, love animals, and thrive in a fast-paced veterinary environment, we'd love to meet you!As the first and last impression our clients have of the hospital, our Client Service Representatives play a vital role in creating a welcoming, organized, and positive experience for every client and patient who calls in. You will be working out of our Communication Center in Pinehurst. What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications1–2 years of experience working in a veterinary hospital is required.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Comfortable managing multiple phone lines and appointments.Strong computer and organizational skills.Ability to remain calm, professional, and compassionate during emotional situations.Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to jump in wherever needed.Reliable, dependable, and eager to learn.Daily ResponsibilitiesAnswer multi-line phones and respond to client questions professionally.Schedule appointments and surgical procedures efficiently.Process payments and maintain accurate medical records.Communicate clearly with doctors and technicians to ensure excellent patient care.Educate clients on preventive care, medications, and hospital services.Relay detailed messages to hospital staff in a timely manner.Why Legacy Veterinary Group?At Legacy Veterinary Group, we believe that great medicine starts with a great team.
