Proven experience in facility maintenance or groundskeeping, preferably in a healthcare setting. Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, safety regulations, and building codes. Preferred Qualifications Strong knowledge in maintenance management or a related discipline. Experience with project management and budgeting. Responsibilities Oversee and manage all maintenance and groundskeeping and activities. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all facility equipment and systems. Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards. Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance projects. Manage the maintenance budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
