About This Role The Registered Nurse - Ambulatory (Gastro/Infusion) position involves providing comprehensive patient’s care through assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning. Highlights Location: Manhasset, NY Schedule: Full-Time, Day shift What You’ll Do Conduct patient interviews and assess health status across multiple systems. Develop and document individualized patient care plans. Coordinate care activities and prioritize tasks to achieve expected outcomes. Implement and monitor the plan of care, ensuring safety and effective treatment. Collaborate with healthcare team members to execute treatment regimens. Administer medications safely and educate patients on drug interactions. Participate in patient and family education and discharge planning. Evaluate the effectiveness of care provided and document outcomes.
