Assistant Nurse Manager (RN3) Position

Harborview Medical Center's (HMC) 6EH-Trauma/Orthopedic unit has an outstanding opportunity for a 90% FTE (36 hours per week), Day Shift, Assistant Nurse Manager (RN3) position.

6EH, 6 East Hospital Trauma/Orthopedic- is a 26-bed unit specializing in acute care level orthopedic injuries as well as medicine and other general surgery patients. Patients have typically sustained complex orthopedic injuries including fractures of the spine, pelvis, long bones, hands or feet. 6 East Hospital also specializes in the care of patients who have undergone replantation surgeries and flap procedures.

The assistant nurse manager performs specific leadership functions related to clinical practice, education, and/or management as delegated by and in collaboration with the Nurse Manager. The ANM provides leadership for unit and departmental activities that promote delivery of quality nursing care, effective problem solving and communication.

Schedule: 90% FTE (36 hours per week) Day Shift (7am 7:30pm) Location: Harborview Medical Center Campus - Seattle, First Hill

Requirements: BSN degree in nursing. Acute care nursing experience. WA State RN license. Charge nurse experience. Two three years of professional nursing experience, including demonstrated skill and preference for adult education (preceptor, unit based skills, etc.)

Pay Range Minimum: $50.72 hourly

Pay Range Maximum: $93.98 hourly
