Job Overview Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Physical Therapist to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in St. Louis, Missouri. The role offers 13 weeks per assignment, with 40 hours per week at 8‑hour shifts. Assignment Details Start Date: 05/18/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 8‑hour shifts, 40 hours per week Location: St. Louis, Missouri (Skilled Nursing Facility) Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Missouri state physical therapy license. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross (may be required). Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings (preferred). Experience with restorative nursing programs, Medicare documentation, and common SNF billing practices (preferred). Ability to work with geriatric populations and common comorbidities in post‑acute care (preferred).
