• You have previous catering and/or restaurant cooking experience

Heres what an ordinary day of work might look like:

• In House prep days
  • Wash, peel, chop, slice, and dice whatever might be necessary
  • Follow recipes and get those culinary creations ready to be finished on-site
  • Break down and clean up the kitchen area
• On event days:
  • Set up kitchen area
  • Assist in finishing cooking dishes, assemble hors doeuvres, plate dinners, or maybe man an action station
  • Break down and clean up the kitchen area

Youre gonna need this to carry out this job:

• Physical stamina to stand for long periods
• Valid Drivers License
• Reliable transportation
• Punctuality
