The Production Supervisor will oversee a medium-sized team of 11 to 25 members, managing rotating shifts to ensure smooth production operations. This role focuses on coordinating production planning, maintaining quality and safety standards, and driving process improvements with minimal travel requirements.

 

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily production activities
• Supervise and lead team members to meet production goals
• Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards
• Manage workplace safety and compliance protocols
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Coordinate equipment needs and maintenance

 

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in production supervision
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong team leadership skills
• Knowledge of safety compliance standards
• Effective problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills
