Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, Bone Marrow Transplant to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to patients receiving blood, biotherapies, and cellular therapies such as stem cell transplants and CAR-T.
• Administer chemotherapy and biotherapy according to established guidelines.
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Float between Bone Marrow Transplant and Oncology units as needed.
• Utilize Epic charting system for accurate patient documentation.
• Support flexible staffing ratios and manage care across like units.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN license in Colorado or compact state RN license.
• AHA BLS certification and ONC certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in acute care BMT/Heme settings, open to screening candidates with 1.5 years.
• Proven experience in chemotherapy administration.
• Familiarity with Epic or similar charting systems.
• Willingness to float within scope and meet facility needs.
