Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Bone Marrow Transplant to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care for patients undergoing bone marrow and stem cell transplants.
• Administer chemotherapy and biotherapies according to established protocols and safety guidelines.
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal care.
• Manage central lines, ports, and other vascular access devices effectively.
• Float between the BMT/Oncology and related units to meet facility requirements.
• Ensure accurate documentation in Epic and maintain patient confidentiality and safety.

Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in Colorado or Compact RN License.
• At least 2 years of acute care experience in BMT or hematology-oncology settings.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) certification required.
• Experience administering chemotherapy and familiarity with oncology certifications preferred.
• Ability to adapt to flexible nurse-to-patient ratios and float as needed.
• Proficiency in using Epic charting systems.
