What you will enjoy doing:

• Provide leadership and guidance to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of nitrogen producing plants at customer sites
• Assist with and direct training and development of new technicians
• Solve field site issues and operate air separation plants with minimal supervision
• Interact with customers across various production plant types, offering guidance, support, and clear communication
• Maintain safety, quality, and compliance activities at each plant location to uphold high standards
• Perform routine maintenance and calibrations on compressors, gas analyzers, and control systems
• Manage time effectively to complete operations, maintenance tasks, troubleshooting, and diagnosing plant problems
• Coordinate contractors and resources to support plant activities, audits, and administrative requirements while driving efficiency through strategic planning and project management

What makes you great:

• Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent, with post-secondary technical education or relevant work experience preferred
• Demonstrate strong practical skills and knowledge of production processes, plant equipment, and emergency procedures
• Apply expertise in instrumentation, control, mechanical, and electrical maintenance of industrial equipment
• Exhibit strong safety awareness and strictly follow procedures while troubleshooting, diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing equipment
• Communicate technical information clearly in verbal and written form, understanding process control schematics
• Utilize proficiency in computers, Microsoft applications, and process control systems, supported by strong organizational and time management skills
• Meet physical requirements including confined space entry, climbing, lifting up to fifty pounds, and working at heights
• Show flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, holidays, and call-in coverage, ensuring a reliable and safety-focused presence during critical operational periods

Open to candidates based in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, or Eastern NY.

Open to salary range $93,150 - $136,620. The salary range listed reflects the national range; final offer will depend on location and qualifications.
