Job Description As the Merchandise Leader, you are the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand in ensuring your store is always rocking AEO Brand Visual Standards. Your expertise lies in executing effective Floorsets, marketing and merchandising updates, and ensuring the store is always "guest ready" through effective replenishment. You have a keen attention to detail, are passionate about visual standards, and enjoy working with your team to get the job done. Your Responsibilities Drive an outstanding guest experience by ensuring the store always reflects AEO Brand Standards in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader. Execute killer Floorsets by training and coaching the Floorset team, setting clear productivity goals, and ensuring all areas of the store—uppers, bustforms, tables, and wardrobe—meet standards. Own day‑to‑day merchandising, sell‑through adjustments, and replenishment, identifying merchandising opportunities and planning with leadership to take action. Support the Merchandising Team Leader in educating the team on maintaining AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment so the store always looks fresh. Champion a culture of recognition and celebrate wins with the team while keeping the merchandising team’s top priority as the guest experience. Maintain store and stockroom safety standards, implement shrink‑reduction strategies, and comply with all AEO policies and procedures. You'd Be Great For This Role If You love AE and Aerie products. You are organized, detail‑oriented, and proficient in priority setting and time management. You have flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. You bring strong retail merchandising and visual skills from previous retail experience. Pay / Benefits Information Actual starting pay is determined by factors such as relevant experience and location.
