Qualifications:

• Valid Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education license in Speech and Hearing Disabilities (all levels)
• Current or eligible licensure from the Massachusetts Board of Allied Health
• Certification by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA); Clinical Fellows welcome to apply
• Experience or strong interest in elementary school settings
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized speech and language interventions for elementary students
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success
• Document progress and maintain timely, accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Contribute to IEP meetings and support the implementation of therapy into daily routines
• Foster a supportive, inclusive climate where students thrive and communication skills improve
