Seeking an enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP or SLP-CF) drawn to supporting elementary learners in a dynamic, contract-based setting. Qualifications we value:

• Active Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education license in Speech and Hearing Disabilities (all levels)
• Massachusetts Board of Allied Health license (or eligibility)
• ASHA Certification (SLP-CCC) preferred, but clinical fellows actively encouraged to apply
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
• Passion for working with elementary-age students and supporting a diverse population

Key responsibilities:

• Evaluate and provide direct speech-language therapy to elementary students within the school setting
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and maintain timely, clear documentation
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ needs
• Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and school-based initiatives
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students
