Assistant Store Manager - Spencer's

Overview Hourly rate ranges from $14.75 - $15.00 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience. Support the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store to ensure maximum sales and profitability. Develop staff and control expenses and shrinkage. Oversee all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with company policies and procedures. Qualifications Minimum age requirement: 18. Prior retail and/or management experience is required. Physical demands: in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds.
