Come join our TEAM and help us in our mission to be ANGELS of hope in the community!What Does a Live-In Angel Care Specialist Position Entail?Provide assistance with ADLs and iADLs to our clients, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation to & from appointments (typically in our client's vehicle), assist with errands, and warm, friendly companionship.Separate sleeping quarters & bathroom arranged while working on live-in cases.Meals providedEarn approximately $1,889 a week (based on hourly rate of $12.77 with overtime) as a Live-In Care Specialist!QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalentPCA (personal care aide), Nurse Aide Course Completion Certificate, or CNA (certified nursing assistant) licensePrior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment (minimum of 1 year) preferredEnjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skillsAbility to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodationsValid driver’s license and reliable transportation every single dayAuto InsuranceValidated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive mannerAvailable to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekendsWillingness to enforce health and safety standardsSupportive and compassionateTake pride in providing high quality careHoyer Lift Experience (specific to client)Caregiver BenefitsReferral Bonus ProgramTela-doc servicesFREE Continuing Education Units valid towards maintaining your certification and furthering your educationVisiting Angels requires ALL caregivers to pass a state-mandated criminal background check, reference check, and drug screen.For the safety of our caregivers, we are not providing service to COVID positive clients at this time.We look forward to hearing from you!Nationally known.
