Work Agreement Shift type/Length: Varies Weekend/Holiday Rotation: Every other or every 3rd as schedule allows/2 holidays per year On-call Expectations: n/a #MedsurgRN2025 #ndmedsurg2025 Job Requirements What We\'re Looking For (Your Essential Qualifications!): Education: A nursing degree from an approved school of nursing. BSN preferred – we champion advanced learning! Licensure: Current license to practice registered nursing in North Dakota or a compact state. Experience: While new grads are welcome, we\'re especially seeking RNs with at least two (2) years of clinical experience in Telemetry, Med-Surg, or a related acute care specialty. Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or obtained shortly after hire). ACLS preferred or obtained within 6-12 months. Essential Skills: A keen eye for cardiac rhythms, strong critical thinking, exceptional communication, adaptability to fluctuating patient needs, and an unwavering commitment to patient safety.
