Guardian Tax is seeking motivated sales professionals who excel on the phone and are ready to maximize their earning potential in a high-performance environment.
This is a true inbound sales opportunity—no cold calling, no prospecting, and no chasing leads. Every prospect has already reached out seeking help with their tax issues. Your role is to build trust, identify their needs, present the right solution, and confidently close the sale.

What You'll Do
- Handle inbound calls from individuals seeking tax relief solutions
- Build rapport and establish trust with prospective clients
- Conduct consultative sales conversations to uncover needs
- Overcome objections and close deals effectively
- Follow up with prospects and maintain consistent communication
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals
Compensation & Benefits
- Paid training + 15% commission on all closed deals
- Average monthly earnings: $7,000–$13,000
- Top performers earn $15,000+ per month

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1–2 years of phone sales experience
- Strong closing and objection-handling skills
- Excellent verbal communication abilities
- Comfortable working in a high-volume call environment
- Competitive, coachable, and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales setting
Location & Schedule
Location: Chandler, AZ (In Office)
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- One half-day Saturday per month
