ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Be able to perform all assigned tasks which typically include but are not limited to the following:

• Check and make sure the company vehicle, pressure washer machinery, hoses, chemicals, and tools are stocked and in working order
• Visit clients and understand their pressure washing needs
• Use pressure washers and pertinent machinery to clean all types of surfaces including homes, buildings, windows, roofs, awnings, decks, patios, walkways, driveways, and fencing
• Remove dirt, grime, mold, mildew, and other organic growth from surfaces
• Use degreasers or removal chemicals as labels recommend when requested
• Inspect surfaces being cleaned to assure chemicals and ratios used do not damage the finishes of each product
• Spot-check areas to ensure the surfaces cleaned and up to company standards
• Review job with the client once you are complete
• Clear the job site and store all hoses and equipment correctly
• Follow all safety protocols to prevent damage or injury
• Supervise cleaning associates, ensuring they meet with the highest standards of cleanliness.
• Ensure assigned residential homes and commercial properties are cleaned and maintained to the highest standard.
• Assist in the training of all powerwashing cleaning associates, ensuring that all associates have a complete understanding of the company policy, procedures and expectations.
• Set a constant example to all associates in dress and behavior, ensuring all associates are adhering to grooming and conduct standards.
• Evaluates employee performance, conduct on-the-job training and coaching when necessary, and initiate disciplinary action of associates when appropriate.
• Promote a safe and disciplined environment with adherence to company policy and procedures.
• Report incidents, procedure, or safety violations to management.
• This is a working cleaning position that also includes driving to accounts.
• Ability to monitor time and set priorities to ensure residential homes and commercial properties are cleaned within a given time frame.
• Enter time logs and payments on daily route applications.

SKILLS:

• Experience operating pressure washing equipment required;
• Knowledge of different cleaning solutions and their appropriate uses
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality results
• Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and work in various weather conditions
• Please note that this is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to lift heavy equipment and stand for extended periods of time.
