Bagel/Deli looking for a long term motivated energetic manager with at least three years’ experience in the food industry . This is a working position and applicant must have transportation and be willing to work weekends. Skills Required for position are as follows:
- Knowledge of Food Cost and P/L
- Scheduling, Payroll and Labor cost
- Inventory and Ordering
- Recruit, Hire, Train, and Develop a highly productive team
- Maintain a Sanitary and Safe work environment
- Must be Punctual, Lead by example, Motivate employees and have a Positive attitude
This is a salary position based on experience starting at 70K+ . Background Check and Drug Test required. References a must .
