Part-Time (20 hours/week to start, with the opportunity to transition to a full-time salaried role within 6–12 months) Compensation: $25/hour Experience Level: 0–2 years Location: Nashville, TN Office: WeWork East Nashville About the Role We're looking for a motivated and creative Junior Social Media Specialist to support the day-to-day management and growth of social media programs across our client portfolio. This role offers meaningful hands‑on experience in content creation, platform management, community engagement, and performance reporting. You'll help plan, create, publish, and optimize content while contributing to real‑time campaign execution and client success. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, eager to learn, and excited about building a career in social media marketing within a fast-paced, client‑focused environment. A genuine interest in professional sports, including the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, and other major leagues, is a plus. Growth Opportunity This role is designed as a developmental position with a clear path toward becoming a Social Media Specialist or Social Media Manager. As your skills, ownership, and strategic contributions grow, you'll have the opportunity to take on increased responsibility across client management, content strategy, and campaign execution.
