Position Details
Full-Time: 1st & 2nd Shift

Part-Time: 1st & 2nd Shift

Every Other Weekend: 1st Shift

8 hour shifts

Compensation
LPN COMPENSATION
$33.40 – $38.40 / hour
Based on experience + MI direct care incentive + 2nd shift differential

Sign-On Bonus Details
LPN: $4,000 (Full-Time), $2,000 (Part-Time)

What You’ll Do Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans

Administer medications and perform treatments

Collaborate with CNAs and interdisciplinary care team

Monitor and respond to changes in resident condition

Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance

What You Bring Active LPN license (Michigan)

Long-term care experience preferred (not required)

Team-oriented mindset with a passion for resident care
