Logistics Specialist

Position Overview Logistics Specialist (Novi, MI) Employment Type: Exempt – Salary paid twice per month Annual Salary: $50,000 – $55,000 (based on experience) Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (Hybrid) The Logistics Specialist provides supply‑chain support to a specific account, targeting inbound/outbound logistics, data analysis, and support. The role is part of the Supply Chain Solutions division. Essential Functions Work with sales and operations to develop concepts, implement designs, and assist operations management with continuous improvement. Provide proposal support, gather and analyze data, and acquire product knowledge. Adhere to process methodologies and contribute to the design and engineering of supply‑chain services, including network analysis, transportation, distribution management, strategy, multi‑client and process management. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field. One (1) year or more industry‑related experience. No travel required.
