What You Will Be Doing

· Prepare comprehensive financial plans, analyzing data and developing projections to meet client objectives

· Analyze clients’ financial situations across retirement planning, investment management, insurance, tax considerations, estate planning, and other areas of financial planning

· Conduct detailed discovery meetings to identify client goals, priorities, concerns, and planning opportunities

· Use various communication channels to initiate and foster relationships with clients and prospects

· Work alongside the advisory team to create and implement personalized investment strategies

· Assist in growing the firm’s client base through outreach efforts and company-funded marketing campaigns

· Contribute to business development and marketing efforts, including vendor research

· Stay up to date on financial trends, products, and regulatory changes

· Provide ongoing service to existing clients, handling inquiries and performing account-related tasks

· All other duties as assigned

What You Will Bring

· CFP certification (Required)

· Life & Health Insurance License (Required)

· 5+ Years in Financial Planning or Investment Advisory Services (Required)

· Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (Preferred)

· Clear and Professional Communication Skills (Verbal and Written) (Required)

· Strong Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills (Required)

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/Financial Planning Software (Preferred)
