Additional Information About The Role Sign‑On Bonus $5,000 (eligible applicants) 40 hours per week, 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Call rotation: maximum 1 weeknight per week + every 7th weekend Weekend rotation: on‑call only Holiday rotation: on‑call only 5% differential on top of base rate for IR certification Overview Missouri Baptist Medical Center, an acute care hospital in St. Louis County, offers a full continuum of medical and surgical services, including heart care, cancer, women's and infants, breast health, gastrointestinal, orthopedic, stroke, therapy, wound and pain management services. The hospital has a 24‑hour adult emergency department and a separate pediatric emergency department in collaboration with St. Louis Children's Hospital. Missouri Baptist is the first and only hospital in St. Louis County to be named a Magnet hospital by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). This designation is the highest credential for nursing excellence and quality patient care. Preferred Qualifications This position requires proficiency in at least one advanced imaging modality, such as Computed Tomography (CT), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Interventional radiology, Mammography, Bone Density, or Cardiac Catheterization. Role Purpose Performs diagnostic imaging procedures on adults and/or pediatric patients for diagnosis and/or treatment, and conducts quality control. Responsibilities Prepare patient and equipment for procedures. Perform studies independently, in on‑call situations, portable exams, and other sites as required. Minimum Requirements Education: Associate degree or trade school equivalency. Experience: None required. Supervisor Experience: None required. Licenses & Certifications: IEMA – Illinois only, excluding MRIRTR, CT, MR, M, BD, CI, VI, RCIS, RCES. Preferred Requirements Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
