Description Front Desk & Guest Care Pay Range: $16/hour. 3pm- 11pm *Must have weekend availability We are looking for people that have a passion to serve others! Role Responsibilities: As a Front Desk Clerk or Guest Services Clerk you have the responsibility to give our guests the best hospitality experience, they can have by: Assisting guests efficiently, courteously and professionally at all times. Maintaining a high level of service and hospitality. Promptly and effectively dealing with guest concerns or issues and ensuring they are met to satisfaction in a timely manner. Posting guest charges, collecting payments and following all cash handling procedures as required by Concord. Handling guest mail and messages with respect to privacy and professionalism. Being knowledgeable of the hotel brand and various programs (travel programs, special offers). Communicating with various departments and management on guest comments and concerns. Responding quickly to incoming calls, lobby visitors and team members needing front desk assistance. Having full knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures.
