This Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant position covers Oklahoma City and the surrounding metro, including Edmond, Norman, Moore, Yukon, Midwest City, Mustang, Guthrie, Choctaw, Wellston, Harrah, Piedmont, and Blanchard. Schedule

• Full time and part time positions available
• Flexible, self-directed schedule. You build your own daily route and manage your own caseload

What You'll Do

• Provide physical therapy treatment in patients' homes under the direction of the supervising PT
• Help patients regain mobility, strength, and independence in the environment where it matters most, their own home
• Document treatment progress and communicate updates to the supervising PT
• Build genuine relationships with patients over the course of their care, not just a single visit
• Manage your own daily schedule and route across your caseload

What We're Looking For

• Active PTA license in Oklahoma
• Home health experience is a plus, but not required. We welcome PTAs from outpatient, SNF, or inpatient backgrounds who are ready for a change of pace
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
• A genuine passion for one-on-one, relationship-based patient care
• Open to full time or part time. We're flexible to fit your availability
