Job Description :

Quality Technicians are responsible for managing and enforcing quality programs & procedures, and company established policies regarding the powder manufacturing process and storage.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Review, verify and test products across the three stages of production (incoming, in-process, and final) to ensure quality and food safety levels are met.

• Ensure compliance to federal and state laws, as well as GPN standards, and maintain documentation to support quality control activities.

• Collaborate with production teams to identify and implement process improvements to reduce defects, increase efficiency, and enhance overall product quality.

• Communicate effectively with production teams, quality assurance supervisor, managers, and other stakeholders to resolve quality issues, implement corrective actions, and provide quality feedback.

• Calibrate and maintain quality control equipment, instruments, and tools to ensure accuracy and precision.

• Perform verification and direct observation of food safety cheeks such as screens, magnets and x-ray's to ensure the products are free of foreign materials.

• Perform cleaning verifications using ATP swabs and visual inspections to approve manufacturing rooms prior to production.

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• High School Diploma/GED

• Previous Quality experience in a regulated environment

• Exp with SAP preferred

• Flexibility to perform other duties as assigned

Pay Details: $24.00 per hour
