This is a highly visible role for someone who understands commercial electrical construction, values precision, and thrives in a collaborative environment. What You Will Do Prepare detailed electrical construction estimates covering labor, materials, and equipment Review construction drawings, specifications, and scopes of work Solicit, analyze, and qualify subcontractor and supplier pricing Price specialty and standard electrical equipment Develop and validate assumptions, clarifications, and risk assessments Support value engineering, budgeting, and preconstruction pricing Maintain historical cost data and estimating databases Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and preconstruction teams to ensure seamless project handoff What You Bring 2+ years of experience as an Electrical Estimator in commercial construction Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems, materials, and installation methods Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Trimble Accubid v16 preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Design‑build experience a plus Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred — equivalent experience considered Interview Process Phone interview On‑site interview Offer We are moving quickly on this one.
