Job Summary
Lucky T Ranch Restaurant is hiring a friendly and reliable Server to join our team and deliver an outstanding dining experience to every guest.
As a Server, you are the face of the restaurant — responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, guiding guests through the menu, and ensuring every table receives attentive, efficient service. If you enjoy working with people and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity to grow in hospitality.
Key Responsibilities Guest Service & Hospitality
Greet guests promptly with a friendly and welcoming attitude
Provide attentive, professional service throughout the dining experience
Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any needs
Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
Provide menu recommendations and upsell food and drinks when appropriate
Stay knowledgeable about menu items, specials, and offerings
Deliver food and drinks accurately and in a timely manner
Ensure all items meet quality and presentation standards before serving
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow
Process payments accurately and efficiently
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-managed section
Reset tables quickly and prepare for incoming guests
Requirements
Previous serving experience preferred (but not required — we’ll train the right person)
Friendly, outgoing personality with a guest-first mindset
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Dependable, punctual, and professional
Schedule
Full-time and part-time opportunities available
