Job Summary
Lucky T Ranch Restaurant is hiring a dependable and motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team and help deliver high-quality, home-style meals our guests know and love.
This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in consistency, works well under pressure, and thrives in a fast-paced kitchen. You’ll play a key role in executing dishes correctly, maintaining a clean workspace, and supporting a smooth, efficient service.
Key Responsibilities Food Preparation & Cooking
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and kitchen standards
Ensure all dishes meet quality, portion, and presentation expectations
Maintain consistency in taste, timing, and execution
Set up, stock, and maintain a clean and organized workstation
Follow proper food handling, storage, and rotation procedures
Keep your station prepared for efficient service at all times
Work with the kitchen team to ensure timely ticket execution
Assist with prep work, stocking, and basic kitchen tasks as needed
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment
Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
Maintain cleanliness of equipment, tools, and work areas
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements
Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong attention to detail and consistency
Ability to follow directions and recipes accurately
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Willingness to learn and support the kitchen wherever needed
Schedule
Full-time and part-time opportunities available
Must be available to work nights, weekends, and peak hours
