Our locally owned group of jewelry stores is looking for polished, client-focused Sales Associates to guide customers through some of the most meaningful purchases of their lives: milestone gifts, celebrations, and pieces meant to last a lifetime. Experienced jewelry professionals will find a place to grow their client book. Motivated newcomers will find paid training and a real career path in luxury retail.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Deliver a refined, personalized client experience from greeting to close

- Guide clients to the perfect piece by understanding the occasion, the person, and the budget

- Present financing options that help clients buy with confidence

- Build long-term client relationships and follow up for anniversaries, birthdays, and special occasions

- Grow your client book through referrals and repeat business

- Keep showcases immaculate and the sales floor polished

- Drive sales and contribute to store goals

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experienced Jewelry & Luxury Sales Professionals

- 2+ years of jewelry, luxury, or high-ticket retail sales experience

- Proven closer with strong relationship-building skills

- Comfortable working toward sales goals and commission

- Polished, professional, and results-driven

Rising Sales Talent

- No experience required; paid training provided

- Natural people person with strong communication skills

- Coachable, dependable, and eager to learn the craft

- Professional presence and a genuine interest in luxury retail

All Team Members

- Professional appearance and presentation suited to a fine jewelry environment

- Available Tuesdays and Thursdays (additional shifts based on location and role)

Pay: $13.00-$20.00 per hour, plus commission

Experience: Jewelry or retail sales, 2+ years preferred, not required
