Key Responsibilities-

* Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
* Deliver specialized instruction in resource, self-contained, or inclusion settings
* Adapt curriculum to meet diverse learning needs
* Track student progress and maintain compliance documentation
* Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and families
* Support students’ academic, behavioral, and social-emotional growth
* Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions

Qualifications-

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field
* Valid South Carolina teaching certification in Special Education (or eligibility)
* Experience with IEP development and compliance preferred
* Strong classroom management and collaboration skills
* Passion for working with diverse learners
