Door Shop Quality Assurance - Lebanon, TN Rugby Architectural Building Products is a wholesale distributor of specialty building products, operating out of 26 branches throughout the United States. Our primary business is non-structural architectural grade building products sold principally to customers who create and produce end-products for the commercial, industrial, retail, residential and institutional markets. (In New Century, KS, Lebanon, TN, and Rockford, IL – we do business as: Olathe Millwork, Warren Brothers, River City Millwork respectfully.) Position Summary: The Quality Assurance employee is responsible for inspecting doors, door frames, and related products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications before delivery. Shift Times: Mon - Fri. 6 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Competitive Medical – Dental – Vision Short Term and Long-Term Disability Life Insurance 401(k) Traditional & Roth with Match Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays Voluntary Identity Theft & Legal Services Who We Are Looking For: Detail-oriented and quality-focused Mechanically inclined and comfortable taking measurements Reliable and able to follow instructions Good communication and organizational skills Door, millwork, warehouse, or quality control experience a plus What You Will Do: Inspect doors and door frames for quality, accuracy, and damage. Verify measurements, specifications, and customer requirements. Identify and report defects or products requiring rework. Perform final inspections before products are shipped. Work with the Door Shop and warehouse teams to resolve quality issues. Assist with inventory and general Door Shop duties as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all safety procedures and attend safety meetings. Be able to lift and carry products weighing 75–100 lbs. with a helper.
