We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to support hiring efforts for a long-term contract opportunity based in Minnesota. This position works closely with business leaders and HR partners to attract high-caliber talent, strengthen candidate pipelines, and deliver a strong hiring experience from outreach through offer. The ideal candidate brings a proactive sourcing mindset, excellent judgment, and the ability to manage full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced onsite environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment activities, from intake discussions and sourcing strategy through interviews, offer coordination, and onboarding support.

• Build talent pipelines for challenging roles by using creative research methods, networking, market outreach, and targeted sourcing techniques.

• Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to shape hiring plans, align on candidate profiles, and improve recruiting outcomes.

• Maintain consistent communication with candidates and internal clients to ensure a timely, thorough, and well-managed hiring process.

• Track recruiting activity, prepare updates, and use hiring data to guide priorities and improve search effectiveness.

• Promote inclusive hiring practices by developing outreach approaches that expand candidate diversity across talent pools.

• Represent the organization in industry communities, industry events, and networking forums to strengthen employer visibility and attract talent.

• Stay informed on labor market conditions, compensation movement, and recruiting trends to refine search strategies and hiring recommendations.

• High school diploma and at least 6 years of progressive recruiting experience in a corporate, agency, or search firm setting.
• Demonstrated success managing full-cycle recruitment and balancing multiple active requisitions at the same time.
• Strong capability in candidate sourcing, market research, and pipeline development for difficult-to-fill positions.
• Experience conducting structured and behavioral interviews and preparing candidates effectively for interview processes.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills with a strong focus on client and candidate service.
• Ability to analyze recruiting activity, prioritize workload, and provide clear reporting on hiring progress.
• Must be based near Golden Valley, Minnesota and available to work onsite; remote work is not available for this position.
