Physician Assistant - Internal Medicine

HealthPro Talent is seeking a Full-Time Nurse Physician Assistant - Internal Medicine for a well-established, community-based health center in Brooklyn.

This role is ideal for a provider who values connection, consistency, and delivering high-quality care in an outpatient setting. You’ll work alongside a collaborative team focused on improving access and outcomes for a culturally diverse patient population.

What You Will Be Doing

• Deliver primary and preventive care to adult patients
• Perform assessments, physical exams, and manage chronic conditions
• Diagnose and treat acute and ongoing medical concerns
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure continuity of care
• Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention
• Document accurately within the EHR
• Engage in team meetings and quality improvement efforts

What They’re Looking For

• Physician Assistant degree from an accredited program
• Active New York State license
• Experience in primary care or community health preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Bilingual Creole/English strongly preferred
