About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Weekend Charge Nurse (LVN or RN) to join our team. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and coordination on weekends. Your expertise and leadership skills will enable you to effectively manage a team of caregivers and ensure the delivery of high-quality care to our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the weekend nursing staff to ensure seamless patient care and service delivery

• Coordinate patient care and interventions to achieve optimal outcomes

• Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and education

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Monitor and maintain accurate patient records and reports

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
