Human Resources Manager
Whalen Group Executive Search
The ideal candidate will have experience starting a Human Resources department from the ground up. They will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. Responsibilities Create a handbook of policies and procedures Shop and manage benefits and insurance Experience with ADP and payroll practices Recruit and Onboard new hires, Conduct performance management and provide feedback Qualifications Bachelor's degree or relevant experience 5+ years' experience in Human Resources Human Resource certifications a plus Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills Attention to detail and good judgement Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Human Resources Industries Motor Vehicle Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr Whalen Group Executive Search
