Product Line Lead (Director) - Agentic OS Platform (North Wales)

Additionally, you will guide the onboarding of new agents for clinical trial management to streamline trial execution and automate operational workflows.As the Product Line Lead, you will own the end-to-end vision, strategy, and execution of this platform. With out-of-the-box connectivity to clinical data, you will empower business users to deploy agents that optimize complex processes and back-office operations. Crucially, you will ensure that the AI framework developed is fully compliant with strict internal and external regulatory requirements, ensuring security, traceability, and operational excellence.ResponsibilitiesDefine the Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for Agentic OS, aligning with broader enterprise AI and business objectives.Champion the Business User: Design intuitive, low-code/no-code experiences that allow business stakeholders to easily configure, prompt, and deploy AI agents.Data Management Strategy: Oversee the strategy for predefined data connectors, ensuring agents can seamlessly and securely access, interpret, and act upon internal enterprise data.Drive Development: Partner closely with Engineering and UX/UI Design teams to deliver robust, scalable, and user-centric platform features on time.Security & Governance: Collaborate with InfoSec and Data Governance teams to ensure the platform and its data connections meet strict enterprise security, privacy, and compliance standards.Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation and requirements gathering to launch, iteration, and end-of-life.Team Building: Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing team.Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the primary evangelist for Agentic OS across the organization.
