Apply now!SUMMARYWe are seeking a mid-level Program Analyst to support a thriving contract in Southern MarylandRESPONSIBILITIESWorking with teams on a mission planning software systemPerform functions/role within the Agile SAFe software development frameworkAbility to learn new technical areas quicklyAbility to perform programmatic analysis (planning, scheduling, workload analysis, risk analysis)Ability to perform technical analysis and work with SMEs to solve problemsAbility to coordinate cross-functional teamsEffective communication skills, including ability to develop and present briefing slidesAbility to work effectively in person and virtuallyTravel once every 2 or 3 monthsAbility to hold secret level clearanceQUALIFICATIONSSecret clearance, ability to obtain Top Secret, must be a US Citizen.Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related work experience.Experience working with software or DoD platforms (preferred).WHY SITEC?At SITEC, we invest in our people because we know they're the key to our success.
