Summary Deliver an exceptional client experience on the sales floor by embodying the brand and building strong, lasting client relationships to drive commercial results. Use personalized clienteling, appointments, and outreach to cultivate repeat business and meet or exceed store sales targets. Provide memorable, elevated service that connects product and wardrobe to each client’s needs. Responsibilities Deepen client relationships and grow lifetime loyalty and spend through proactive clienteling and outreach Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets Capture and maintain client data; cultivate new and existing client relationships Deliver sales through repeat client business and convert clients via discovery and personalized appointments Elevate the in-store experience by optimizing hospitality, amenities, and best practices Requirements Experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-facing hospitality roles with a proven track record of commercial results Ability to connect with clients and demonstrate strong communication and brand ambassadorship Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays Proficiency with point-of-sale systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email Authorization to work in the United States; college degree and multilingual skills are desired #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
