Marketing Specialist

Seeking a Marketing Specialist to join a a highly visible marketing team. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded marketing professional who can independently manage initiatives from strategy through execution, work confidently with senior stakeholders and Financial Advisors, and collaborate across digital, communications, brand, events and creative teams. Responsibilities Partner with Marketing leadership on strategic and firm-wide initiatives from planning through execution Lead marketing initiatives supporting Financial Advisor recruiting, including lead-generation campaigns, content, events and recruiting collateral Partner with Recruiting to develop campaigns designed to build and nurture the Financial Advisor pipeline Serve as a key Marketing contact for Financial Advisors throughout the onboarding and advisor lifecycle Develop polished presentations, proposals, dashboards and executive-level marketing materials Coordinate advisor-facing marketing initiatives across digital, communications, brand, web and events Support Financial Advisor recruiting and industry events across key markets Manage email, social media and digital content initiatives in partnership with internal specialists and external agencies Track campaign performance, CRM activity and key marketing KPIs Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring strong execution, consistency and follow-through Provide hands-on support for Miami-based events, advisor onboarding and other evolving Marketing priorities Qualifications 5+ years of progressive Marketing experience Financial services experience strongly preferred, ideally within wealth management, asset management, banking or fintech Experience independently managing cross-functional marketing initiatives Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms; Salesforce/Marketing Cloud preferred Advanced PowerPoint skills with the ability to create executive-level presentations Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills Comfortable interacting directly with senior executives, Financial Advisors and external partners Highly organized, resourceful and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field #J-18808-Ljbffr Ascendo Resources
