Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 (depending on years of experience)

POSITION SUMMARY:

Manage retail customer accounts to deliver leading volume and revenue growth of our portfolio of brands, entrenching the organization as a key strategic business partner to each customer.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The following responsibilities are general duties that a particular employee in this position may or may not be required to perform. The actual duties required of this position may vary. Develop trusting relationships with your retail chain customers, elevating our perception with each retailer as a strategic business partner. Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements, from buying desk/c-suite to store level. Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet our mutual business objectives. Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams, inclusive of brand partners. Evaluate ROI prior to recommending POS or customized solutions. Develop and execute account specific CMA programs. Assist in development and delivery of annual business review at each of your accounts. Increase authorization/distribution of all packages and products. Post ad analysis and evaluate promotional effectiveness. Follow-up all key account calls with a call summary. Track Feature Ad activity at your accounts. Performs other duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION:

Bachelor’s Degree in related field and 5 years Sales/Marketing Management experience; OR 7 years Sales/Marketing Management experience. Must maintain a valid Driver’s License. Related training or certification. Experience working in a team environment.
