Sr. Manager, Technical Product Owner, Knowledge and Content GCA

Senior Manager and Technical Product Owner for Johnson & Johnson's Global Corporate Affairs, responsible for defining and delivering knowledge management and content technology capabilities. This 18-month duration role leads product strategy, roadmap, and stakeholder engagement across enterprise content platforms and AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

Own product vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog for GCA knowledge and content capabilities aligned to enterprise standards
Translate business needs into product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and measurable success metrics
Partner with GCA stakeholders across communications, public affairs, brand, and government affairs to improve content management
Lead delivery of knowledge management and enterprise content management capabilities including taxonomy, metadata, search, and governance
Identify opportunities to apply generative AI and automation to improve productivity and knowledge reuse across the organization

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 7 years in product ownership, product management, or knowledge management disciplines
Demonstrated experience as Product Owner or Product Manager in agile operating models
Experience delivering enterprise knowledge management, content management, or collaboration solutions
Strong understanding of content lifecycle, information architecture, governance, and user adoption
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and enterprise search preferred
Awareness of responsible AI, data privacy, security, and compliance in regulated environments
