Physical Therapist/PTA/Athletic Trainer - Stretch Therapy

Overview Physical Therapist/PTA/Athletic Trainer - Stretch Therapy at StretchLab HTX is seeking individuals with backgrounds in physical therapy, athletic training, personal training, massage, or related stretching/exercise disciplines to join as Flexologists in our Naples studio. This role provides one-on-one assisted stretching sessions and supports client goals in a boutique fitness environment. Base pay $24.00/hr Responsibilities Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions Encourage and motivate clients during stretch sessions Ensure client safety by applying proper stretch techniques and adhering to StretchLab policies Build StretchLab membership and retain current clientele Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations Handle member concerns when applicable Assist sales associates and General Manager with studio tours and sales as needed Maintain a strong social media presence for client membership, interaction, and retention Clean and maintain all equipment to ensure availability for client use Qualifications Love of boutique fitness environment Passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people Love of connecting with people and helping them achieve goals Professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to attendance policies Availability to complete the Flexologist Training Program (20 hours online tutorials and 3 days in-person training) Benefits Competitive base pay based on experience and performance, plus commission and bonus structure Ongoing training Retail discount Free stretches Growth potential within the company More benefits as applicable StretchLab is an equal opportunity employer.
