Business and Requirements Analyst, IT Federal Clients - Arc Aspicio

Key Responsibilities Lead requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation for federal IT initiatives, ensuring alignment with client objectives and regulatory standards. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into functional specifications and technical designs. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings to capture insights and secure consensus. Support program management activities, including scope definition, risk assessment, and progress tracking. Analyze data to identify process improvements, cost savings, and performance metrics. Requirements 3+ years of experience in business analysis or requirements engineering within IT consulting or federal environments. Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and data analysis tools. Excellent communication, documentation, and facilitation skills.
